It sound like you have 10 to 14 tracks in each song.
A typical EDM song has anywhere from 25 to 60 tracks in them.
I have a song from Topher that has 38, and I have seen a bunch of Randals tracks all have atleast 40 in them.
I find myself adding stuff all the time and further down the road i will actually take some of the stuff i started the track out. its all about expirmenting IMO Until you have it all masterd.
Once you have it mastered you can be like Laidback luke and roll tracks out in 4 hours from start to finish |
Thanks yeah I got about 20 tracks avg, i think the problem is finding the perfect balance between background fillers and the main channels. Otherwise the track will sound disorganized and it wont flow smoothly.
