I've been working on this mix for literally months now. It started off very different to how it finished up, but a few things inspired me. I wanted to do a Northern Exposure style build from total ambience to pumping progressive that used tracks that were old and new, obscure and familiar, from different styles. I used a couple of classics, but hopefully in a way that's not predictable.

I wouldn't say there's anything groundbreaking happening here, but I think it turned out nicely all the same. The mood is perfect for long, frosty winter nights with clear, starry skies.

Enjoyed this one thoroughly
There's a nice progress throughout the set, going from a really chilled state - breaks - progressive.

Nice work from Marc Mitchell, this set needs a few more listens before I can pinpoint which other tracks I like as well.

I have problems with Megaupload (and any file sharing site like SendSpace, etc.), but it's purely a product of me doing all my listening to sets at work on the locked-down network. This was really refreshing, listened to it a couple times today while getting some work done. The buildup was really well done I thought, it progresses nicely throughout the set and peaks out in the section leading up to the Heaven Scent / Lifeline mashup, really nice. All in all; very nice track selection, flow was top notch as I mentioned, and the mixing was pretty spot on from what I could tell. While I'm a fan of house, techno, and their verious forms, it's always nice to have something great like this crop up every once in a while. Thanks very much for sharing.

this was awesome jack, very good selection and flow, the part from planisphere to fluke mix of trisco was my favourite. there was some messy transition levelwise i think after that but nothing that bothered me too much. well done.
