Shot a friend an email who may know - he's basically an encyclopedia for all things house. Will hopefully hear something back soon.

Thanks for the heads up on this record though, fucking tune.

Thank goodness for Stompy.

you guys rock, thanks for helping. I ask because I listened to Danny Howells - Live at Canberra (GU 24-7 release party) 7.24.2003 and one of the IDs I really want samples this song. I'm convinced if I can find the original tune, I can track down this remix. check it out, its ripping techno at its finest:

http://www.maxwelldub.net/howells id.mp3

the words "feel" and "do what" sound identical to the sunlounge record, which is why I'm convinced its a remix. I tried googling the lyrics, but no luck

Thought this was a more widely recognised classic..

For me personally, the quality of the "Secret Ingredients Mix" (now over a decade old!) will never be equalled by any remake/update, but I guess I'm just biased as it's one of my favourite house tracks of all time.

As far as I'm aware, the only mixes of this track are:

Secret Ingredients Mix
Davidson Ospina Mix
Joshua's Dubwise Mix
Stanton Warriors Remix
Re-Jacked Mix

And none of them are the same as the one in the Howells sample I'm afraid, so my guess is that the track is released under a different artists name, as with Da Sunlounge track.

yeah I'm afraid its probably some white label, which means theres virtually no chance of an ID

thanks for your help though!
