Safe to use an external power switch for monitors?
I'm considering getting a sub for my Adam A7 monitors. Having to turn on all three active monitors will be annoying. So, I was wondering if it's safe to use an external power switch to turn them on. Like one of those wireless remote switches. Or will it damage the power supply?

I use one of those cheap Furman M8 power things.
It's just a rack mount power strip, so I don't see why a consmer grade power strip wouldn't be just fine as well.

Same here... i use a Furman but I dont see why you can't use a regualr powerbar.
I was going to use one of these and a powerstrip. (Or something that combines both functions.)
My question was if it is harmful to the monitors to turn them on like this. I suppose I should just ask ADAM Audio.

Just to be safe I always use the switches on the back of the monitors. Turn them on last and turn them off first, always with the volume at minimum.
