What I do is set markers after every 32 bars, and place them right down to the sample right before the waveform signature of the kick. If the song has a varying tempo, I set them after every two bars or every bar until the markers dont need adjustment. This may sound confusing and its better if I showed it... but its easy once you get it.
Something I've been toying around with is listening to the breakdowns of some of the trance songs at 90-105bpm. After setting the warp markers, change the setting from "beats" to "re-pitch" so it slows it down just like a vinyl. In that respect, it sounds EXACTLY like it would if pitched down on a turntable, quite honestly Acid Pro and the CDJs can't emulate the sound quality as well.
If you have it on your hard drive, load Giuseppe Ottaviani - Linking People (original mix), pitch it down to 105bpm and listen to the breakdown.
