I was just listening to DJ Tiësto's remix of Delirium - Innocente. After about the tenth time through I realized that the voice I could hear was actually speaking intelligible words. Long has been my goal to figure out what sets people who primarily love trance and people who love primarily, say, rock, apart.

After looking up the original lyrics to the aforementioned track, I realized that not only were there many lyrics missing from the remix, but the part left, if taken at face face value, doesn't make any sense. That reminded me of all the times that rock/other-non-trance-lovers talk about how they love the lyrics.

I don't care about lyrics, but I think a nice voice can really make a track. I was wondering if there are other people who notice some of these things as well - or, if you have your own theories, I'd love to hear those too.

BTW: Innocente is one of my all-time favorite tracks, esp. Tiesto mix.
