i apologize if this was asked before but i searched and i couldn't find an answer.

i live here in Los Angles and i was wondering if anybody knew if i need any kind of license if i wanted to maybe take my rig to the beach and spin a little beach party.

Your best bet would be to check with your local council/authority. Surely they have a website with an email you can contact them with?
