Well, i heard this as a ringtone on a mobile but i just cannot set my finger on what the track is.
I've attached me humming the beat which should give an indication on what track it may be.
The real instrument that's used is a piano/keyboard.

I'm thinkin the artist may be David Guetta or someone similar. (I don't hear house so I don't know the artist )
