have any of you bought yours on ebay without it being fake?

i see a whole bunch for like 50 bucks brand new, which is insane because the lowest i can get it here for is 149.99.

these dont seem to be the japanese Z700s, unless seller is using fake pictures. what do you think?, too good to be true then it is?

I got a pair of brand new Sony MDR-7506 for $58 including shipping from eBay. Item arrived, brand new and sealed in box.

That is seriously cheap. That's like the cost price to retailers.

Buying on eBay is all about bidding on the right item at the right time. I was actually the only bidder on those cans.

i'm assuming they're very well done counterfeits... or real; they were manufactured in china at some point.

The whole point of my first post was to tell you that they're not. Most of them are from people who bought them and never used them. Read the description on the Sennheisers that I posted above.

ill give these a try, ill let you guys know when i receive in 1-4weeks. they go for 99 on ebay from the usa, so 45$from china doesnt seem that far fetched to me. especially if they're manufactured there.
