Such a waste of time to use these torches on people who go clubbing. Now where they should really use them is in the middle of the financial district, to see how many of those bakers are high as a kite during working hours

I've had them used on me a couple of times before.

The police just stand at the door of a club/bar and flash you as you go in. Then after a while they will probably move to another place and do it.

Last month when I was out they had these as well as mobile metal detectors, like the ones you find in airports! It was expecting to be asked for my passport.
