Wink This was made in Fruity Loops. Woot? Here you go! Track of 2003. Remember Starkid?

I do not use fruity loops because it is not a machintosh program. But I am tired of the people who think that x DAW is better than fruity-loops. This my friends is bullshit. And it takes a special kind of idiot to judge a piece of music by the tools used to create it.

Here you go. This release elements record was produced by Adam Spears in fruity loops when he was 16 years old. It got licensed to Nick warrens GU compilation and became one of the biggest tracks of 2003. Sadly Adam Spears died a few years after RIP.

I am sure this is just one of the countless signed records that have been produced with fruity loops.

So put a sock in it little idiots. It not like you professionals got lexicon 448s and pultec eqs in your bedroom and the rest of us ''amateurs'' can't keep up. You got cubase. Whoop dee fuckin doo.

FYI, you can download the original and a really good remix of Crayons at his site.

And I really hope that with this new release of FL 9, people start shutting up about FLS not being all 'professional' and stuff.

well like i said before you need to find a daw that complements the way you like to work.

witch is why logic and ablton are widely sort after.

if you like to work with creative workflow then i will say fl is not so good. the same goes for more deaper and complex song writing with lots or layering and a busy arrangements.

fl really is not geard for this type of thing.

if none of the abouve is of real concern then fl is good ideal for techno i will say and progressive suits it quite well.

Maybe FL isn't so good for workflow but it's what I know and it works for me. But as you say, I think it's a very personal choice.

Cheers

No offense to the dead, but this track kinda sucks. Great for a 16 year old... certainly better than I was doing at 16. But I don't see how it could have been "one of the biggest tracks of 2003", as you said. Moar Levi was doing better tracks at 16 than this ...
