what the heck is that noise?? (feedback also welcome)

So i decided stop being shy and uploaded my first finished track that i'm actually proud of.
i thought the mix was not bad but then i listened to it on the soundcloud and it sounds shit! there is a constant noise and some distortion also occured.
does anyone know why this happend? is it soundcloud or is it my track? do i need mastering or what...

comemnts/critics on the track are also very welcome. (just dont tell me it's too short because i know that but i usually make tracks 3 minutes because i'm not experienced enough and 5 minutes is an achievement )

What DAW do you use? & What kbps is the mp3?

Soundcloud quality has always been 100% for me.

Reason 4, 256kbps.

Here is another link and there is no noise so it sounds well (at least on my speakers).

weird problem, i'm thinking that maybe bassline is too loud and that causes noise?

It might be that your using too much CPU for the song. When the system can't handle the amount of resources it takes to play the song it tends to distort.

this is true in FL, I don't know about Reason but I see no reason why they would be much different in that respect.
