Back with another track!
This one is a tad different from my usual stuff ,a bit more modern.

The length and mixdown is all I can do but call finished.

Just looking for feedback and suggestions before it goes on soundcloud.(hence the direct download)

Please comment.

Any chance of a different download link? For some odd reason Speedyshare has completely quit working for me.

I don't think I've ever heard a track from you that isn't trance This isn't really my style, but I'll try to give some feedback.

I dig the choiry pads in the breakdown. They seem to be the strong point of the track.

Overall, it has quite a thin feel. The low end could use some treatment especially. If I were you, I would work on making the track stand out as much as possible. It's not very memorable right now.

Take this with a grain of salt. It's coming from someone who finds it hard to appreciate trance nowadays

No probs , taken on board.
I dont know if its just me but I kind of get fed up of tracks overloaded with low end.I always seem to get a buzz of the higher feq melodic stuff. And obviously this is why it comes out in my productions.
But for you Owesy2008 , I am actually half way through a 100bpm chillouty tune using a melody from a track i made a while back

I like this tune. Nice progression on everything.

My only complaint with it is that it felt like some mid-range warmth was missing, along with a more defined bass-line sound. The sub on the bass-line is definitely there, but it could be brought out more with another layer.

The chords, I thought, should add complexity to the rhythm, like they do around 5:13, throughout. If it were mine, I'd find a way to develop that from the very beginning when they first come in up to the break. I'd start slowly, and then build on the variations, gradually increasing the rhythmic interplay.

All in all, this feels like a complete, incomplete song. I love how it ends, but also think some things could be added that would really make it shine.

Right now, it's a great track. It could totally be a super-duper track and may even wind up as super-duper-awesom-o-matic.

I would have to agree that this is your best work to date Adi! Loved the tone of those plucks, I was skeptical when you advertised this as modernised but you came through! I'm with the other lads when they say that this is great from the midrange up but seriously lacking in drive from the low end. This is apparent from the lovely atmospheric breakdown which is then let down by the lack of power once the drop comes.

Experiment with some driving rolling basslines, powerful kicks .. I know low end is hard and boring and frustrating but the payoff is huge (or I imagine it will be once I get there..ha!) And don't worry about becoming generic and ASOT-y - you've got a creative spark there and you'll carve your own style niche while also keeping those dancefloor punters satisfied!
