I think it will take no time at all for a woman to become president.
I was at a women's conference recently, and most of the world still favors boys over girls to the extent that there are more men in the world population than women as a result.
I am certain that there are still significantly more men in management than women. i know the rate is growing but we are still a minority, particularly in upper management and CEO roles.

Yeah, men still have most of the CEO and highest paying manager jobs. But once the old gray men CEOs die out, lots of women will likely be taking their places.
