Apparently selling like hotcakes.

I'm really enjoying it. though if you're a PC player and have an unrecognised wheel, look forward to editing XML files to make fine adjustments to your setup. took me several hours to find that out, when i was ready to put the game in the bin.

there's also a pit stop bug that people are declaring war over, but if you avoid pitting with all the AI cars no probs.

handling i think is awesome (and that's pretty much the main thing for me). sure, it may not be quite as brutal as the more simmy sims out there, but its still pretty rewarding and im struggling to put competitive laps on any circuit with any consistency. the gravel trap and i know each other very well.

can't comment too much on the AI yet as im either time-trialing my ghost cars or flying off into walls well behind the AI train of cars way better than me. im also avoiding the whole 'live the driver, be the fag' bollocks thats come with the game. i want a race sim, not a cheap n nasty RPG.

some console users are experiencing throttle lag problems, but no such issues here. you'll need to pay close attention to control settings though to get the game how you want (and many PC users, off to the XML you go!)

oh, and no mouse control in menus. PC gaming is fucked :/ (and the menu system is pretty fucking horrid imo)

overall i think its about time someone brought out a big racing game without NOS, guns, jumps, tricks and bollocks. and i think codemasters have done a fine job, if you're into this kinda thing.

4 wheelnuts out of 5.

my wheel works fine

The only complaint so far (haven't played multi yet) is AI , not respecting blue flags when I'm on my fast lap in qually

Definitely worth the buy. I still don't have a wheel so I'm using a 360 controller. If you guys hven't played dirt 2 yet, I strongly recommend that one too. Both of these are fantastic racing games.

the AI are mega gay. i raced the game for like 2 or 3 hours and don't think I'll touch it again.

this sums up my feelings nicely: http://www.virtualr.net/f1-2010-review/
