for satellite you would have bell. i dont think starchoice is still around.

for cable your only option would be whichever cable company services that area.

Never had any real problems with them, I believe they have some good deals going on for PVR's as well

The cable provider in Milton is Cogeco.....I've never had any problems with them since I've benn living in Milton.
