Rythm synth in Bjorn Akesson - "Painting Pyramids" (Nhato Remix)

I'd really like to know how to program a VST to have similar characteristics to that synth in this track, any help would be appreciated!

Lowpass filtered sawtooth oscillators an octave apart, with a fast attack, short decay and an almost close to nil release for a muted, plucked sound.
