All the chainsaw bass, compression and simplistic melodies they keep on using make their music thoroughly unpalatable for my tastes. There is just so much better stuff out there.
Still, their role in Low End Theory and the development of this particular spectrum of hip hop is undeniable.
Ah cool, Flying Lotus yes, saw him at the same festival in fact a year or so earlier although never thought his recorded stuff was quite as good as the live show.

Saw The Glitch Mob at Lollapalooza 2009, it was definitely one hell of a party. Everyone was hammered and just nodding their heads, very cool live set.. 3 guys on Jazzmutant Lemurs, one DJing, they even had drum pads to play live drums over... really fun.
