Watch Bt Compose!
If you live in or around Los Angeles, join us as BT discusses making music on the MAC.
On August 16th at 7 PM, BT will discuss and illustrate the shift from hardware-based musical instruments and costly recording studio sessions to virtual synthesis and multi-track recording on the MAC.
This presentation will be held at the new Apple Store at The Grove (outdoor mall) on 3rd Street and Fairfax in Los Angeles.
Come see BT work his magic! We look forward to seeing you there...
BT as in Brian Transeau? Libra? Ahhhhhh need to go to U.S.!
dammit, I love his cds. And especially in the cd booklet thingy in the cd case, his notes below the tracks (thanks, credits etc.) he puts notes like "muahaha listen to synth, try and make that! haha took me 3 days"! Well not quite like that but you get a little info on the track.
I would loooove to see him, if anyone can video tape it (don't know if they'll let you) and would pay for it mayb. Damn damn damn..

Yeah...my fav is under 'Ride' on the MISL album...he says when Sasha and him thought up the name 2 phat ****s they literally pissed their pants laughing.
Another good one is in the Ima album where he says "and for you trainspotters, yes...that is a 303 along with enough guitar pads to confuse a quantum physicist"
