Fresh FM is now 24/7
Yay!! After many years of battling to stay on air and sharing air time with crazy soccer mad ethnics, Fresh FM is now going to be on 24/7! For those of you that dont know, Fresh FM is Adelaide dance music station, and only decent station. This is great news for the dance music scene in Adelaide! I will now hopefully be hearing a lot more trance.
Thoughts/opinions??

Nothing special is happening that i know of... just the usual weekly events im guessing. Ask dowlz, he knows all the goss around town.
Oh, just remembered, the shows starting this Friday so you might just be able to make it for the last few days i think. Thats a decent enough event isnt it??

Wooohoo!!! Finally we can get more trance/dance in Adelaide :-) Unfortunately, it's not 24/7 yet, cause I just had a listen to 92.7 and to the best of my knowledge, Italian opera is not the latest trend in dance music.
As far as events are concerned, there's a few things happening in that period. The Judge is playing on Sunday October 6th at Heaven II, $22 if tickets are bought within the next week. I'll probably go along to get my copy of Angelic - Stay with me signed. Anyone know about the quality of the sets at the moment?
But the event that I'm most likely to go to will be System 6 on Saturday, 14 September. It's Adelaide's monthly rage event and plays mostly Nu-NRG and hardcore trance/techno. Anyway it's at Fouzi's (58 North Terrace). Tickets $25 (limited to 600).

Shane - Too Late To Turn (AvB remix)
It's coming on 24/7 the start of october, so we've still got a month to wait.

I am undecided about this yet, as there is a good (70%) chance i will be going to Melbourne on the Saturday night for godskitchen and will be seeing Jules there...
And i've never been to one of those system 6 events, i'm not a big fan of the hard NRG genre.

Yah, me neither to both of those statements. Mind you, I've heard that the System 6 events pretty much go off, or perhaps I'm just falling for the stuff they publish on their fliers :-) By the way, their fliers absolutely rock! Any event that uses a 3d lego man as its mascot deserves re5pect.
