One of my M Audio Bx5a's crapped out on me and was looking to replace it.Dont have alot of money but was looking into the M1's .My question is that im using a hercules rmx as my external card.With my bx5's i could just run from the output on the mixer to the trs imput on the speaker.The M1's come with either the usb version and the regular.Im wanting to get the usb version so i could use it on my laptop that doesnt have a audio interface as well as my main computer(obviously not at the same time).Is it possible to run the speakers the same way out of the hercules rmx as i did the bx5's since the speakers have a built in audio interface or will the interface in the mixer cause me problems..prob a stupid question but unable to find out my answer anywere else..thanks

Funny, I had my 520s die on me a little while....they just overload themselves the moment they get turned on.

I've had monitors for 11 years with 0 adjuststments moved them 4 times across the continent and they work fine. I have honestly never heard of speakers crapping out unless you are listening to like some DC articfact that pushes the head out 100% and you leave it like that for a few days.
