Ok, so, I was walking to get lunch today, and the same fucking thing happened to me today as it did last week. I almost got ran over by another speeding electric wheelchair with a fat slob driving. I mean, with a good 5-6 foot of sidewalk, how teh fuck is that possible? I'm not sidestepping a good 3 feet to get out of the way because you're incapable of moving a finger to go past me. What REALLY bothers me, is the look or comment I get after THEY almost hit me? Like they own the fucking sidewalk. Give me a break.

I mean, ok, I get it that there are people who legitimately need one to get around, and that's fine. Most are usually fine and do give you warning/etc when they are coming from behind ya.

It just bothers me that others would require an entire 6 foot sidewalk and demand people to get out of their way so they can putter around doing whatever the fuck they are doing.

Think about it this way: If you were a fat slob so morbidly obese that you can't move around without a wheelchair, would you be able to feel anything but rage?

Although I don't like to make generalisations, I've noticed that the fatter someone is, the angrier this person is likely to be most of the time. It's like they're angry when they look at you because they can't eat you, your family, and your couch. I wonder if there's any research on this topic...

Anyway, just feel bad for them and let them go, this is not worth your time, mate

i must say i have to catch myself judging a fat person because i tend to not really associate it with other addictions which are more understandable. I am a workaholic, and my parents sort of drilled inside my mind that lazyness is the worst thing in the world. So i've really had to go thru those mental processes to catch yourself kinda laughing at fat people. Because it is an addiction and perhaps not as sexy as someone on heroin, it is not merely a case of someone eating food because they want to.

On the other hand, i wonder why certain cultures are fatter. But i think the people that get these chair and the overall chubbyness of say Americans a different issue. Someone that gets that fat i think must have a problem that involves more than a love affair with fried chicken.

Regarding the chairs, i 've always wondered why they don't have a hybrid systen so they can get a bit of exercise. Also, i don't like how they accessorize them . That would be my biggest complaint. They just look ugly. They should regulate how many flags and little bears one can have.
