Herein lies my interpretation of a dub techno mix. I've wanted to make one for a while but always struggled to find the right tracks. In the end I simply rolled up my sleeves and went on a massive trawl until I'd found 20-30 tracks that really tickled my ears, and then stitched them together in a way that made sense to me. Hopefully you'll find a mix that's a little different from the usual reverential array of hisses, crackles and wintery chord stabs.
I would say this mix has a hazy, dreamy, spaced out mood, akin to that feeling at about 8.30am when you're out of bed and on your way to work, but a long way from being truly awake. I hope it will soundtrack a few fuzzy-headed morning commutes for you guys.

THIS BLASTED IT'S WAY ACROSS MY SOUNDCLOUD PAGE AND I WILL SURELY INDULGE
BTW, JACK I KNOW YOU ASKED FOR A RE-UPLOADING OF THE EMPTY SOLACE MIX, BUT I UNFORTUNATELY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO TRACK IT DOWN.
I APOLOGIZE, I'M ACTUALLY BUMMED AS I WANTED TO HOLD ON TO THAT ONE.

Is that one of your mixes? I might have it somewhere. Roughly when was it first posted?

Levels is...decent...damn better than a lot of the shite dominating the charts at the moment. It sounds absolutely nothing like...a billion and one similar tracks in this big-room style. I always had a soft spot.
