It's an old old old tune.. probably '98. I have in a CD called "Best DJ Mixes" or something like that with a cheesy packaging with speakers at the front. It's a remix of "Dont Say Your Love Is Killing Me", I'm not sure who remixed it and who the artist is but I'm sure of the track title. Hope that helps a little.
