Love this tune. I bought it around 2003 and I thought it was a new release then so I think your tape could be later than 99/2000. That may help with the other two IDs.

#3 - That guitar riff around 02:43 of your sample screams CRW featuring Veronika - Precious Life. Maybe just sampled or a remix maybe. Other than that I got nothing.
