#12 is perhaps a remix of Sunfire Ltd - Flight Of Fantasies or Dragonstar - Neverland...this melody comes from the original theme for Neverending Story, it was used in a lot of trance tunes such as Kai Tracid's "Life Is Too Short" as someone else mentioned, but Sunfire & Dragonstar's versions both have this gated melody your version has
