How to use Multiple interfaces in logic with Mac.

Right now i got my pulse 2 in lynx hilo thunderbolt and TR-8 in sound out usb altogether and stereo hdmi out into my display because my monitors are not pluged in. I'll soon ask why so many digital channels and what are they to an expert. I think its for hybrid console routing, i have no clue.
