Old Track - Can Anyone Id????

To all my old school trance heads, can anyone ID this track for me? Theres a vocal that goes "Rock this place....rockkkk..thiss...placeeeee. then it goes hard. Theres also a girl that sings in it she goes: "every step that I'm feeling, every step that I'm feeling baby, every step that I'm feeling, every step that I'm feeling baaaabbbyyy every step that I'm feeling feeling feeling feeling feeling feeling .....I CANT FIGURE OUT WHAT SONG IT IS ?! Help lol
