Depends on your age. If you're too young (underaged), I don't know what you can do. My situation wasn't much difference when I was around 12...13...16...17 Then, I turned my own room into a private rave (not the best option, but what else was I supposed to do? It looks wicked though to have a powerful sound system playing techno out loud and those christmas lights on the ceiling as if I were in a club ). But, if you're over 18, you can go to vinyl stores and other places where you know you'll meet people from the scene when they're NOT in the scene Get to know them, and then you won't be alone

well, let me tell you, i have been there and done that.

for YEARS i have been in my friends ears, they never wanted to go.. it was hip hop crap all the time..

I was able to get some of my friends to go to the Loveparade and maybe one more festival, but that was it!

I went out with a bunch of people in HK last spring and i had my first roll. I was hooked on clubbing (still am).

After returning to the US, I was faced with no-one wanting to go out again..
that is when i SNAPPED! i just said F00K it and went out by myself. I did not have much fun the first night (i am socially retarded, met no-one), but after coming to NYC and meeting some TA's at PvD it was all good again!

i went out a lot alone during the summer.. i can have fun by myself.

so true...its like I have no friends then. I am 20 and they are the same age..they don't like to stay out past 12:30am and we leave at 11pm....sad and I usually ebnd up coming home alone and I hate that..Seeing others I know having a good time with their friends and me..fucking sucks but thats life..maybe I should join a frat but I don't have the time...
