Sounds just like 040 - Ibiza Dreams (Lost Witness Remix) and I know it was reworked/re-released or whatever as 040 featuring Erica Baxter - Dreams a year or two later and Lost Witness also remixed that. Don't know which one it is but it's definitely a Lost Witness production.
