I know this Video.
The ID Track is from 93-95 and the Track from the Video is from 97.
I dont find this Record on Discogs , and i dont find this Label Parapax Recordings.

Is this really the right Trackname ????

It is a very rare recording and label. I also could not find anything about it on the Internet. I suggest asking the Youtube uploader for information about this recording, maybe he can shine some light on this mystery.
