Their new album has officially dropped. Anyone check it out yet? I've just given it a run through, and I'm really liking it. It's their usual style of nice, smooth downtempo.

I wasn't aware of the release until I saw your thread. I put it on while I made some breakfast this morning. Really pleasant background music. Sounds very much like their old stuff tbh, but in a good way.

Quite nice, but a bit tune-dodging. Did they ever have an album out back in the day? I thought they were mainly known for their remixes, which reflects in a certain weakness of writing their own hooks here.
This is their debut, unreleased album from 1995 - hence the title.

Yes, that's true enough. The K&D Sessions was a collection of remixes, though quite masterfully done IMO.

Really? I didn't actually know that. Do you know if there was any particular reason it was unreleased? I feel like this would have done quite well for them if they'd put it out in the 90s.

I'll answer my own question here. Reading about it on their Facebook page, they basically just never got around to it, but recently found one of the test pressing vinyls they had done back in the day. Interesting.
