Christ, this guy is cringe. The algorithm has sent him my way a few times now, and his videos are all the same: maximum fanboy gush, minimum insight.
I've always found West On 27th to be slightly over-played. Whenever it crops up on a vintage set my reaction is more "Oh great, this tune again" than anything else. I even managed to hear it twice in the space of a single night once at Cream. Oh great. This tune again. How this bozo claims he's not familiar with it, I do not know.

It's definitely been over-played to death. I have a hard time enjoying it anymore.
A certain DJ should have shown up earlier at Cream to hear what the openers played.
