It was great song to play as an encore." - Ferry Corsten

Yeah I got the CD single of Vengaboys - Kiss at the same time as Vengaboys - Uncle john from Jamaica... both for $1 each. Definitely worth it for the M.I.K.E. and Airscape remixes!
Below are some details regarding encoding quality of the audio files.
The very high quality "--alt-preset extreme" setting of lame was used to encode. Here's the log:
C:\Program Files\audio\razorlame>lame --alt-preset extreme "C:\1\audio\Vengaboys - Uncle john from jamaica (XXL version)
.wav" "C:\1\audio\Vengaboys - Uncle john from jamaica (XXL version).mp3"
LAME version 3.92 MMX (http://www.mp3dev.org)
(Win32 binaries from: http://www.hot.ee/smpman/mp3)
CPU features: i387, MMX (ASM used), SIMD
Using polyphase lowpass filter, transition band: 19383 Hz - 19916 Hz
Encoding C:\1\audio\Vengaboys - Uncle john from jamaica (XXL version).wav

Encoding with constant-bit-rate 192Kbps is way out-dated... learn about the --alt-preset settings of the lame encoder for more optimal and higher quality encoding!

If it weren't for them, trance and the trance scene wouldn't exist, and we wouldn't be on here talking about this!
The most significant technological developments for us trance lovers would be:
Vinyl records & players
Audio mixers
Synthesisers
Digital audio
CDs & players
Computers including Hard disk drives, sound cards, CD readers & writers
Computer networking & Internet & HTTP & FTP
Compressed digital audio formats (e.g. MP3)
Internet File-sharing software
Audio production/editing software
Headphones
Portable audio players
Home Sound systems
Lasers
Loudspeakers
Amplifiers
Smoke machines
Intelligent lights/scanners
...etc!
Trance music and the trance scene is heavily dependent on technology!
Hooray for technology!
Hooray for the people who brought us the technology!
