the RM3 is a stanton, and it's a horrid box, IMHO. the fader wears out quick, the EQs dont sound right, and it's got a ton of useless junk on it. it feels like it was made in china or taiwan or something like that (oh wait, i think it is!)
the a&h xone:32 is an incredible mixer. I used to use a RM3.. then upgraded to the xone:32 - literally a whole different world.
any of the a&h mixers are hella nice!!
as far as sonic and build quality, a&h and rane pretty much rule supreme, unless you start thinking of reallllly high dollar stuff. for the under-a-grand category, a&h and rane are the best bang for the buck.
the DJM600 is the standard.. it's a really easy mixer to get used to, also. very well laid out, but Im not a big fan of it. I dont see why buy something just because it's the standard, for personal use. You will need to know how to play on a 600 if play clubs/raves/etc etc, but you can learn that one someone else's 600 :P
