Try Total Recorder, it should work with any sound files. I've also heard of Stream Ripper and RIP cast.

a good prog for ripping streams is "StreamBox VCR 1.0 BETA 3.1" - this is the last (i mean the latest) version fully capable of this.

for ripping stuff out of swf files (you need to have those) you can use programs like: swf browser, swf convert, swf decomplier or swf scanner (the best out of the mentioned here imo)

just do a search on them with google and something will surely pop up

i had a song i loved..i have no idea what the name of it was...my cd got wrecked..the only thing left og the song is a 15 second loop i through on website i did..www.roma-designs.com so i have the swf file..but i accidently erased the .fla file...i want to record the loop so i can have the song identified
