Sounds good and well produced, but you killed the song.
This song(and the amazing FC remix) relies HEAVILY on the effects of the strings in the backround, as it's melody backbone. Youll notice certain(if not all) melodic tracks have usually a lead, synths, and bassline...what made the FC remix so amazing was the way his signature synths expanded the melody by hundredfolds, and his signature bassline kept the rhythm energetic. And you'll notice the main melody doesn't come the hook, but rather in the back.
The point I'm trying to make here is that your remix lacks what gives this track it's meat & potatoes: it has a synth, and lead, but it doesn't have a melody in the backround to play off of...to tell you the truth, compared to the other remixes, yours is very dull and repetitive, almost like trying to convert this epic original into a techish type of track. Don't be offended...it sounds really good and clean, but you need to integrate to the most important part of the song, and unfortatly with this remix, you failed to do that.
Look forward to hearing your work in the future!

wow, hehehe, thanks for the comment dude...
and yeah, i recall FC's remix... but you can't compare me to FC dude
thanks for the compliment tho
Anyways, your point is well taken, and no i didn't get offended, its exactly the other way around...
you now told me that i've succseeded turning the concept to a diffrent direction - clubby direction, and for that, I thank you
In my country, if i'll play the FX mix.. people will sleep on the floor, but if i'll play mine, people will be hanging off the seeling
Again, thanks alot for your comment, it is highly appriciated!
Oh and as for my future stuff... this remix was the last one in a series of tune bombing...
next tunes of mine will be longer and more 'invested'... no more remixes for the time being

Id say most of what john said, but to make it different is tough task.
And you did try alright, however i will have to smack if you dont get another lead sample, it sounds horribly stupid and that particular sample is WAY overused in the amatuer community, atleast alone.
But the whole track sorry to say, sounds like a bad remake of the fc remix....
Its one rule not to mess with classics, they wont get better!
Especielly this one, since it has one of the most beautiful melodies ever!
Nice try to, gil, keep it up
cheers,
