About when did you order them? I had a similar problem. On the 28th of November '02 I placed an order with juno (6 vinyls), we'll call this order #1. I placed another order for 3 vinyls on the 1st of December '02, order #2. On the 12th of December '02 I placed order #3 (9 vinyls).
16th of Dec '02 - order #2 arrives (15 days).
22nd of Dec '02 - order #3 arrives (10 days).
still order #1 hasn't arrived... I waited until like the 28th of Dec and finally rang them, asking wtf was going on. The guy explained politely that at the begining of December (the order was shipped on the 1st of Dec) Juno had hired another shipping company because of the christmas rush (they had lots of orders) and apparrantly there had been shitloads of reports from customers saying that their orders hadn't been delivered (all shipped at the begining of Dec). I was told to wait until the 1st of January before ringing back, since that would make it one calender month from the shipping date, and their policy is if the package hasn't landed in one calender month, they'll resend. I rang them back after it had been one calender month and the guy advised me to wait a few more days because the delayed packages has started arriving at their destinations... I regained my hope that it would arrive, because this was a better outcome than getting my order resent, half of which would now be out of stock! Anyway Saturday the 11th of Dec came and I decided I would ring them back and tell them to resend the order as soon as they opened on Monday... then a knock at the door... and it finally arrived.
So anyway, there's a chance if your order was shipped at the begining of Dec '02 that it went with this dodgy shipping company and is suffering major delays... you can ring them and request they resend the package if it has been over a month since it was sent, or wait and it'll probably get there.
