WC Cricket in SA
In just three weeks World Cup cricket hits my country, can't wait. Are any of you going to watch it, or even come to South Africa. If you do, hope you will enjoy it.

The Blue Bulls is a provincial team, like you have 51 states, we have provinces here. Our college or Varsity teams don't really get TV coverage. It is also not Kapstadt, is is Kaapstad in Afrikaans and CapeTwon in English, but close.
Next Week the WC starts, just hope everything is okay in the other countries like Zim, etc.
O yes, cricket is much like Baseball, you also smack a ball with a bat.

i'm really excited about the world cup starting this week and would love to watch but its a lil too pricey here in the US. $300 for the whole tournament is something i cant afford right now, especially with WMC in Miami coming up.

Well a totally suprise for the open game of the WC
Absolutely AWESOME game though, SA lost to West Indies by 3 runs, very entertaining game to watch.
What else which was kewl was that Tiesto was here a week before the opening game(in jhb) and played an amazing 3 hr set, then again in Capetown the night before the opening game, not too sure how that went

Aye been some good matches so far, What do you all think to Warney being sent home? I think he lets himself sometime, he has the ability to be the best bowler in the world but its things like this which bring down his raport with the world /

hehe warney what an idiot. i mean sure its dissapointing of course but at the same time, a professional athlete in this day and age should know or have people who know what medication they can and can't take for injuries. they should have the sense to check it out before they take anything.
anyway, go australia! 2 wins from 2 matches. i didn't even know holland and canada played cricket! go them!
