its true. Just cut a piece from each square in paint or photoshop, and place them next to eachother in a clean area. They are similar. Very interesting.

Alright notice the squares that are surrounding the A square are WHITE? Notice the squares that are surrounding the B square are GRAY? Because of the cone's shadow, the squares that are surrounding the B square looks much more darker than the regular gray. That makes the B square look more lighter.

AT first i was like.....WTF but I have seen this picture from my high school math class. lol

it doesnt have to do anything with color GREEN. It's the shadow that's created by the cone that matters.
