This may be general knowledge, but I am crazy upset right. I ordered a case from them in early January, and they forgot to ship it. TWICE! This company must be run by a bunch of Frenchmen because they are the dumbest people I've ever had to deal with. I finally told them to not ship the stupid thing and take the charge (which was more than they quoted me) off my credit card.

Anyway, the story is a long and involved one, and perhaps I will tell it one day, but until then, just don't even consider these mental defectives. Unless, of course, you enjoy being irritated, aggrivated, and annoyed.

Just a fair warning.

same thing happened to me about a year ago it took them close to 3 months to send my mixer and tables. i called them at least 3 or 4 times and they said they took care of it. now i just order off of www.pssl.com and they pricematch...i've ordered about 6 different things off that site and it was always at my house within a week they are awesome. try going there next time

yea those bastards.....

they also ship out defected units..when i ordered my firstm ixer from them i got a defected vestax which the crossfader didnt work, not that i ever used the crossfader and wanted to start mixing right away so i ignored it but i was still really pissed

now the trick is to use 123dj to your advantage. their service sucks, but guitar center's service kicks ass. why? if you have an ad, printout, etc of something, and it is lower than the price @ guitar center, they will sell it to u for that price.
