Man. I cant believe I dont know this. The bassline should give it away. Oakenfold used to spin this alot in 01. If you can help that would be great. Thanks.

This sounds very much like a Marc O Tool tune,but it isn't.I remember this one from Oakey's Essential Mix in Birmingham.I'm 80% sure that this is

MV - Falling

unless it's that unknown tune that still needs to be IDd from that set.
