I agree in principle but sometimes there are such things as "just wars".

That's not necessarily an endoresement of what's going on now however.

Theres so many ways around this war,,, there are some where it is not avoidable,, but this is definatly one that can be avoided by other means...

by what means do you feel this war can be avoided?
diplomacy is failing right before our eyes... what you see now is deception.
no one wants war. In cases like this, war is warranted!
If Saddam fails to comply, we must do what we said we'd do in resolution 1441.
If we do not follow up on what we said we'd do if he doesn't comply, than others like him in N.korea, Iran, Syria ect. will feel they can dick around the world while they play their game of threatening the worlds security.

Well Bush dug himself and the american nation into a hole now that is unavoidable,, but this whole war could have been avoided very easily, starting from the get go....
Two supreme powers going head to head and not one will be the better man and admit what he did was wrong etc. I believe so strongly in peace,.

I wish that the UN would give out just one glowing report praising how much Iraq is complying and cooperating with inspections. Then I would gladly agree with all of you that now is not the time for war, and I would happily jump on the anti-bush bandwagon if he continues to call for immediate war ...
