I'm like 99.9% sure that's Don Diablo - I'm looking at my Dance Valley flyer right now where the DJ bio's are, and there's a picutre right here of him hehe. Ask Tatgirl, she'll probably know and be able to clear things up since she has a lot of pictures of this guy too - But seriously man I'm sure that's him.
