| Some ing community JDAT. Is it filled with pricks like you? All the posts from the various state or location specific forums show up in the common USA forum anyway. I asked for a DC/Bal specific one. Is your life so ed that you need this forum for all the friends and family you can get? Cause if not, I don't give a if the NY forum is split in two. |

D'Paul, chill.
This is how TA has always been. The North Easterners (and some outsiders =P) come to talk in the NY forum. *mostly* NYTA talk in here, but there is still a mix. This is our big community. I dont think i would want to seperate it. If it gets split It wouldn't encourage chatting with the cool people outside of DC/MD/VA.
I recommend what Jdat says, though a little less harsh =)
Stay here for a while, and check it out. Get used to it, and then if you still think it should be seperated whe you get custom status, then tell Swamper your opinion.

maybe the reason why there is no dc forum is because no one suggested it up until now :rolleyes:

| Been reading the forums for a year and a half. Didn't feel the need to register until I kept coming in contact with DC TA's. |

wait, im so confused. paul never said he hated the NY forums, or that DC was better than NY....NOTHING like that. he asked why we didnt have it!? you guys need to all chill...i thought the point of forums was to post your opinion about something or ask questions...asll he asked was we such a big scene like DC didnt have one, he wasnt knocking the NY one!! everyone take a deep breath and apologize to mr. paul- some of u were pretty harsh

| PS what does how long hes been registered for have anything to do with it? i would think that since hes relatively new (such as myself), then all you fine people would be more than happy to offer kind advice at his expense..you're giving TA a bad name when you flame people for asking simple questions |

as I mentionned earlier, he can go and talk to Swamper if he wishes.
you don't seem to be aware that you have to gain some form of support before a forum is created :rolleyes:
Not a single person ( correct me if I'm wrong ) has shown wanting one in the past, so that's why there is none today.
Now you're free to start a thread entitled : we want a local DC Baltimore etc forum and then see if the support for one picks one and if it eventually gets validated.
