I feel like utter shiite right now, and my throat is sore, i can hardly talk. and, guess what i get to do? go give a presentation about my website to about 15 people around the country who have been using it and hearing from the 100 or so people under each of them.
*sniff* *cough*
so, it's gonna be a massive bitch session, and i'm sick as a dog! course, these people travelled a long way for this, so i can't just skip it either.

i just had some neo citran with organic honey, and a warm bath. and i have been taking echnicea 3 times a day since i started feeling it too.
i also use a mouthwash that is good for sore throats. maybe i will try the salt water deal too, thanks. and vitamin C is a given, i love that stuff. |
