Covenant
is one of those bands that grip you from the first time you hear them and don't let go. With pounding rhythms and some of the best programming and sequencing out there, they are ready to take over the world. Their past albums 'Sequencer', Europa', and 'United States of Mind' are brilliant, but it was just a warm up to their latest release ' Northern Light' . Be prepared to be blown away. Please check out their tracks 'we stand alone', 'go film', 'dead stars', 'wall of sound', and anything else by them. Covenant won a SEMA (Swedish Grammy) award in 2000 for their 'United States of Mind' album. If you are digging Ladytron and Fischerspooner but like your electronics with more of a darker edge then this show is a must see. You have probably heard these guys played at DARKRAVE.

Never heard of these bands before, but just checked out some tracks and they're definetely appealing - especially 'we stand alone' is good. I guess it's not exactly the conservative 'trance addict's' music, but it's danceble and interesting (reminds depeche mode a bit).
Might check it out.

Btw, what will the atmosphere be like, goths? :whip:

The atmospere will be a mixture of goths, rivetheads (industrial fans), and electro people. It is a good crowd that will be dancing up a storm. The crowd should be around 600 people.
Other tracks you should listen to are 'call the ships to port', 'stalker (club mix), 'tour de force', 'tension', levithan', 'figurehead', 'feedback, and 'monochrome'. They have a strong body of electronic work that gets a lot of club play in the underground alternative clubs.
Thanks for keeping an open mind Mezzanine. :)
