Country with the best trance scene??

Hey I am going to be getting my TESOL certificate so that I can teach english in another country. I am planning on going for 6 months and I was wondering which country you people think has a good scene? I'm more about the music, and the people than the "party" tho so maybe you all can give me some suggestions that aren't strictly for hard-core partiers.
I've already been thinking about Spain mostly because I love Spanish (tho can barely speak more than 10 words haha) or Italy (afterall that is the birthplace of dream trance). Somebody also suggested Isreal (mmm Infected Mushroom) but I do not know much about how safe that country would be for a single 21 y/o female.
Anyways, any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time :)

easy one: come to Holland ....great parties, great people , great place to live ...AND here in Holland we're short on all kind of TEACHERS...so i think you could easily get a job here... |

Holland huh? y'know the thought never did cross my mind but you may be onto something there...is the language hard to learn? I'd like to learn the native tongue of wherever I go since I only know english.
What's Holland like? Lots of people? great people and great parties huh? that sounds wonderful :) |

Met some people from there, sounds great´.. oooups!!
just saw that u actually are from Vanc. ...
SPAIN!!! Great Country, was already there!!!
Manage to go to the Canarian Islands, Tenerife and so on its either very beautiful there and has got very friendly people there and lots of ancient culture!!!!
I´d love to be u atm and go to another country:D:D:D

| I'm sure Holland has the best scene but i say toronto or canada has one of the growing scenes. The scene is not huge yet but we get many big name trance deejays all the time. Also we do have Max Graham, so i'm sure that counts for something. |
