ahhh....robert miles...a trance father for many of us. what do you think of the new cd that was released recently??
my god....listen to the stuff found on Organik compared to the stuff found on Dreamland. holy . BIIGGGG DIFFFERENCE. an awesome cd though in my opinion. VERY dark and brooding. this ain't the same robert miles we knew back then that's for sure......
miles has moved away from his older style of dream trance and into the more tribal-breakbeat area. sounds sweet though. :) the global influence he has in all his songs is awesome to say the least. a lot of asian influences from the west to be found here.
the trademark piano synths aren't even in this album but instead is replaced by hard hitting bass and woofer lines along with an electric guitar and other ochestral instruments.
some unique stuff to be had here. :) give it a listen. |
