Well firstly we need more info. As above
1) is it on everything, listen to start up sounds, and other windows sound so see if it is happening on everything or just the prog u use to listne to music.
2) wot have u installed recently, sim city when in the game makes sounds reverb, god knows why
3) have u messed around with yr sound card settings. I dont know of any reverb settin in windows, so if u have clicked sommit it would be on the sound card tweaking software or prog.
So let us know and then it will be easier to help :D |

This happened to me once when I accidentally changed some settings on my Audigy without knowing I had done it.
Like the ppl above me said, check your sound card's settings, as well as your operating system's settings in regards to your sound card. And look at the settings in the programs you're using to play back audio. |

Ok sounds like it's a sound card setting then rather than an individual program's setting. Look around, that's about all I can say.
Oh actually there is the lazy man's way - uninstall and reinstall your drivers, that will *probably* do the trick. |
